The germans setteld along Lincoln Avenue and the Polish along Milwaukee. The Greeks have Greektown and the Italians little italy. Then there is Chinatown, Pilsen and little village. The blacks were relegated to Bronzeville and the Irish owened Bridgeport and soon the whoe city. The coveted city jobs withtheir benefits and pensions were not handed out to the rest of the communities until later.
