Vounotherapia

I was born in the mountains of Greece. We had two homes. In the summer we lived among the evergreens and in the winter in an olive orchard.  No running water or electricity. Dirt floor and 4.6 miles walk to get to a one-room schoolhouse. My brother almost died when he dropped his shoe in the river and a teacher’s beating shaped my life. let’s not forget the paparounes story.

My people worked year round to put food on the table. Cheese from their sheep, and olive oil from their olive trees. Flour from their wheat fields and water from a spring a mile away.

Keep checking back every so often to get the rest of the story.
